When Marvel Studios takes over Corridor H at San Diego Comedian-Con, one thing huge goes to drop. And wow, did it! Robert Downey Jr. took the stage with the Russo Brothers to announce that he would return to the MCU, however no, not as Tony Stark, as a result of that is the Multiverse Saga.
RDJ will probably be returning into the fold as none aside from Physician Doom for the following two Avengers films, now titled Avengers Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
