Amazon.com shelp on Monday it would insist participateees to return to the office five days per week, effective January 2, 2025.
“We are also going to transport back dispenseed desk schedulements in locations that were previously orderly that way, including the U.S. headquarters locations (Puget Sound and Arlington),” CEO Andy Jassy shelp in a remark to participateees.
As part of an organizational restructuring, Amazon is seeing to increase the ratio of individual contributors to administerrs by at least 15% by the finish of the first quarter of 2025.
In May last year, participateees at Amazon’s Seattle headquarters staged a walkout protesting alters to the ecommerce huge’s climate policy, layoffs and a return-to-office mandate.
