Former Scotland rugby joiner Scott Hastings has validateed his wife Jenny has been omiting since fadeing at a savage swimming spot in the Firth of Forth on Tuesday.
She was increateed omiting in Wardie Bay, Edinburgh, unreasonableinutively before 15:00.
A statement freed on behalf of the Hastings family says Jenny had “struggled with her mental health for a number of years”.
The statement includes: “We understand that you all attfinish for us transport inantly and as soon as we hear any refresh from the police we will advise you accordingly”.
HM Coastdefend was vigilanted to a “increate of worry” on Tuesday and a number of lifeboats and helicchooseers were deployed in the search aextfinishedside other aelevatency services.
The coastdefend shelp the search was stood down tardyr in the evening and she had not been set up.
The Hastings family statement says the incident is being treated by the police as a “high hazard omiting person case”.
It says: “The Hastings family are absolutely heart broken.
“Jenny and Scott have a huge follotriumphg of frifinishs from all walks of life including those that toil in the media and we ask that at this moment in time we are apexhibited to mourn personally with family members.
“For the time being we ask that you helderly off from messaging us straightforwardly and/or posting on any social media until further news.
“We understand that you all attfinish for us transport inantly and as soon as we hear any refresh from the police we will advise you accordingly.
“We omit our Jenny. She departs a gaping hole in all our hearts and hope that she is returned to us defendedly so that we can commemorate her extrastandard life”.

Scott Hastings, the lesserer brother of createer Scotland rugby captain Gavin, won 65 caps as a centre for Scotland from 1986 to 1997.
Jenny Hastings has previously spoken discomitly about her struggles with mental health.
She fadeed from the couple’s Edinburgh home for 36 hours in March 2017 and walked for miles to the Pentland Hills while she was suffering from depression.
She eventupartner got help by going into a police station and pliftd the officers for the help they gave her.
The couple tardyr spearheaded a charity campaign to defend people active and better their mental wellbeing.
The 100 Streets dispute encouraged people to get out for exercise with frifinishs.
